MasterSpas Receives 2026 Employ Humanity® Excellence Award

Fort Wayne, Indiana. — MasterSpas has received the 2026 Employ Humanity® Excellence Award. Presented annually to one U.S. employer, the honor celebrates a commitment to employees, industry, and communities.
For MasterSpas, this recognition celebrates the people behind our products. It also reflects the values that guide how we work with customers, dealers, and each other.
About the Employ Humanity Excellence Award
The Employ Humanity Excellence Award recognizes employers that lead by serving others, build strong workplace cultures, and make a positive community impact.
The award considers leadership and ethics, employee growth and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and a commitment to people and communities. Together, these priorities recognize how a company supports people within its workplace and beyond it.
Each year, Employ Humanity founder and CEO Bill Marklein selects one organization through a qualitative review of its alignment with these values. Previous recipients include Sargento Foods, Oshkosh Corporation, and Green Bay Packaging.
