Master Spas heads to the Big Island for World Championship events
FORT WAYNE, Ind. — September 29, 2022
Master Spas, the world's largest swim spa manufacturer, is excited to announce that it will be supporting athletes during the most-iconic event in triathlon.
From October 3 to 7, 2022, athletes will have the opportunity to meet Master Spas' professional triathletes, swim in an H2X Challenger 15D swim spa, and more!
The Master Spas activation will be at Kona Sports Center, 74-5035 Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740.
"We're excited to be back on the island and support triathletes as they return to the beaches of Kona," says Kevin Richards, Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Master Spas will be supporting its brand ambassadors — professional triathletes Tim O'Donnell and Ben Hoffman — both of whom will be hitting the beach at Kona for the 2022 IRONMAN World Championships. Master Spas also has partnerships with pro triathletes Mirinda Carfrae, Ben Kanute, and Meredith Kessler.
O'Donnell, Carfrae, and Hoffman will be hosting events at the Master Spas booth during race week.
Monday, October 3: Afternoon kickback with Ben Hoffman at 2 pm. Head out to Kona Sports Center for the opportunity to enjoy a cold Athletic Brewing Co. and meet Ben.
Tuesday, October 4: Meet and greet with Mirinda Carfrae at 10 am.
Wednesday, October 5: Meet and greet with Tim O'Donnell at TBD.
In addition to events with athletes, Master Spas will be hosting an aid station from 9 am to noon during the week. Kona Sports Center is a convenient spot to start your run through the energy lab or take advantage of the chance to ride the Queen K.
