Team Master Spas athlete James Lawrence Completes Conquer 100 Challenge
FORT WAYNE, Ind. — June 9, 2021
Master Spas, the world's largest swim spa manufacturer, congratulates "Iron Cowboy" James Lawrence on the completion of his Conquer 100 challenge.

On June 8, 2021, Lawrence swam 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles, and ran 26.2 miles for the 100th consecutive day. The 100 full-distance triathlons took place in Utah, where Lawrence lives with his wife, Sunny, and their five children.
Lawrence loves pushing his physical and mental limits, and Conquer 100 allowed him to redefine the impossible. But it was more than just the personal challenge. Conquer 100 allowed him to raise awareness and money for Operation Underground Railroad, which helps fight human trafficking and rescues children around the world.
Through the partnership with Master Spas, an H2X Challenger 19D swim spa by Master Spas was a key component of his training for the Conquer 100.
"To be able to have a swim spa here at my house eases the complexity of training. It's so time consuming to do everything that needs to be done for a challenge like this. It is more than a full-time job," Lawrence says in a video on Master Spas' YouTube channel.
The video also highlights the importance of recovery and how the swim spa has become a valuable part of Lawrence's family life, allowing him to balance quality time with training.
Lawrence is a motivational speaker most known for his "50-50-50" endeavor in 2015. The journey to complete 50 full-distance triathlons in 50 states in 50 days is shared in the documentary "Iron Cowboy: The Story of the 50.50.50." Lawrence has also broken several world records, including completing the most IRONMAN® 70.3 distance triathlons in the course of a year.
