Rated 5 out of 5 by from Intoxicating We bought are second house which already had a hot tub but it kept breaking down. Got tired of making the repair an rich so we decided to go and look at some hot tubs and found one that we liked. After consulting with the wife. I decided to get it even though she had her doubts about getting it because of the price which was not that bad i thought so after a little persuasion and begging they delivered it the next day, hooked it up and removed the old one. Im loving it. Think it was a good investment. Should've bought one a long time ago. I try to get in it as much as possible when i can. I Love It.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Birthday Present Ever! My husband and I have been talking about buying a hot tub for years, and this year, we made a spur-of-the-moment decision to buy one for our birthdays, which are a week apart. Coincidentally, there was a "hot tub blowout sale" going on in our city over the weekend. We went to the show when it opened on Friday, and by Sunday afternoon/evening, we were enjoying our new tub! We were actually able to meet and question a representative of the manufacturing company who was able to answer my husband's technical questions about the tub. Without a doubt, this influenced our decision to purchase the tub he recommended without shopping around. We only wish we had purchased it years earlier!.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good hot tub! This is a good hot tub for the money. The jets are strong and the maintenance is very easy with the mineral filters. The only drawback for us is the lounge chair, if you are not tall enough (5'10" or taller) then your feet do not touch the other end and you will float up off the chair. If we had to do it again we would just get one with seats all the way around and forget the lounger. For now we put a suction handle on that side and it works OK for us to hang on to and not float away. Other than that the hot tub is great and we use it often! Built to last

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great hot tub! My husband and I are very happy with our decision to buy a hot tub! We use our new tub almost every day. We have not noticed much of a change in our electricity bill yet! But it is summer right now. Winter will be the true test! Just wish the lounger was a little shorter. I am 5'4" and my feet don't even come close to reaching the foot jets, however the leg jets are wonderful after a long day at work! My husband is 6'1" and he fits the lounger perfectly. This hot tub has all of the features we wanted. This was the best addition to our yard!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New User This is my first hot tub and it is great to have after a long day of work. I'm still learning about all the chemicals and what they all do. There are definitely a lot of do's and don'ts about caring for a hot tub. It is very overwhelming at first but now that I've had it for a month, it's getting easier. I did purchase an elastic vinyl cover to go over the insulated cover. I live in ND and when the temps hit below 10 degrees it started building up ice chunks where the cover folds back. The new cover is longer and keeps the heat inside better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Hot Tub but Bluetooth doesn't work I really am happy with my hot tub, but I upgraded to have the AV. However, the Bluetooth does not work and the radio only picks up a couple stations with sketchy reception. I have tried to get Southeast Spas to come fix it, but they won't get back to me and tell me they don't have a service person for my area which is totally contradictory to what they said when I bought it. They also told me they would email me a tax exempt form for a therapy prescription and they never did even after reminding and asking again by phone and email.

My contractor is asking me what the power consumption is for the Balance 7 hot tub.  We bought the tub and are waiting a few weeks for delivery, but we are also getting solar panels installed on our house and need to know the energy specs for the the tub.

Hi! We just rec'd our Balance 7 and are having some issues with pumps and lights. Pump doesn't seem to be running as much as it should and not sure how to change that. Also lights seem to get stuck on one color for some reason. Please email response.

Asked by: antigua9013
Hello! The pumps have in internal safety shut-off after 15 minutes. You would need to simply just press the button again. If you are running the pumps continuously (cycle after cycle), there is a chance that the internal temperature of that pump is getting to hot and shutting down temporarily for safety. As for the lights, there are different settings just from pushing the button on and off. You can either leave it on one color or you can get it to cycle through. You would just need to play around with that light button a bit. Thanks for asking!

How long is the filter supposed to be running? I set it for "2:00" but it seems to be running 24 hours a day. I've reset the spa (power off over night) and still, runs 24 hours a day. Thank you.

Asked by: JWMXPX
For the setting that you have the filter cycles on, they will run for two hours every twelve hours. With the Balance 7 Pump 1 will come on about every half an hour to turn the water over and to test the water to make sure that the temperature is where it is supposed to be at.

Was wondering what the RANGE indicator was with an arrow pointing up? Don't remember noticing this before. Is this normal? Nothing in the manual regarding this. Also, I need to replace the filter, what model do I need?

Asked by: karenkma
Hello! For a Balance 7, the range pointing is a normal thing. That basically is saying that the spa is allowed to go up to 104 degrees. Part numbers for the filters would be X268532 for your inner mineral filter, and X268535 for your outer blue filter.

How do you turn this tub off? Both the paper and digital manuals say "Push jet 1 to toggle between low & high". The paper book also says "Push Jet 1 to turn the tub off". But it doesn't. How do you turn the Balance 7 tub off?

Asked by: Shawn27
Because your tub is a Clarity Balance 7, it does not have an independent circulation system. Instead, Pump 1 runs the circulation system on its low speed. It will turn the pump on every half an hour to turn the water over and to check the temperature. It will also kick the pump on during its filter cycles. It could be that your filter cycles are set for a long period of time and that is why the pump is not shutting off. To check those, simply press either warm or cool, then lights. You will see the display read FLIP. Hit the light button again and the display will change to FLTR. Use the warm and cool buttons to adjust the time for the filter cycles. They should be set for 2 hours. If they are set for longer, that would by why you cannot turn the pump off. Pump 1 will not shut off during a filter cycle.

We have the Clarity Balance 7 and love it. Is it normal for the filter to float up out of the filter holder when the jets are running. It doen't come completely out, but sometimes interferes with the waterfall feature.

Asked by: Lori O
Hi Lori. When your pump is running on high speed that filter should get sucked all of the way down.

I just got my Balance 7 hooked up tonight. The filter is too long, it won't lock in place. There's a blue part on the bottom, and a white part on top. Is there some trick to getting it all to fit and lock in place?

Asked by: bluudevil
Hello! It sounds like you have the wrong Micro Ban filter in your tub. The filter you would need is an X268520. If you call your dealer, they can get the correct filter ordered and shipped to you. Thanks for asking!

Where can we find the price of the hot tubs

Asked by: Brillo
You'll have to contact your local dealer to get the price of one of our spas. Because there are so many variables that go into purchasing a spa, like freight costs and customization, we don't show pricing. However if you contact a dealer close to you they'll be able to find out more details and get you a more accurate pricing estimate.
