Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful hot tub We have had our tub for only about 3 months but so far we are very happy with it. Start up was seamless and maintenance is pretty easy. This model has plenty of jets and very comfortable seating. Love the armrests! We have not seen much of a jump in our power bill yet, but winter is just setting in here so we will see once it gets cold. Our only negative thus far is the owners manual. The instructions for setting up filtration cycles and other actions are very poorly written and unclear. Please review and revise them! Make sure a new owner test drives your instructions before approving them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just what the doctor ordered . . . Literally! It's only been a couple of weeks but it's already hard to imagine life without our spa! "A hot tub in Texas in the summer?" you say? Well absolutely! Even if it's an 80 degree evening, after exercising or working in the yard the soothing spa experience is amazing. We're tall people and most spas are a mid-back mediocre experience at best but our HL7 is deep enough for my 6'8" and 6'5" sons to enjoy thoroughly. Not typically some who writes reviews but enjoying our spa so much had to say something. Primo Hot Tubs was great to work with and especially their install crew was Excellent!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Jets are awesome and therapeutic We do love the power of the jet. There are many so if you can't find a position to help you are not trying. Would buy again but not during Midwest winter. Had a pretty major leak we discovered when filled. So had to drain and try to keep from freezing while getting repaired. Took a couple days. Also if you can stay away from the waterfall and streams. Seems cool but used once and worthless. The waterfall is leaking a bit and will be fixed. All under warranty. No hassles. I would buy again. I am using this way more, 2-4 times a week than my old one. But not during winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dangerous and Amazing! We purchased our HL7 from an expo from MasterSpa. We got it delivered the same day, but we had to wait for an electrician to install. There wasn't installation included in our tub. Once we finally got the HL7 installed (5 weeks later) we got in and 4 hours later we poured ourselves out of the tub and Slept for nearly 12 hours! We purchased the HL7 due to back, leg, feet injuries sustained in the military. I used to get massage therapy once a month and Chiropractor visits once a week. This HL7 has stopped all those visits and added to our fun times at home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Therapeutic pleasure! We purchased this hot tub about one month ago. We look forward to using it once to three times daily. Words cannot explain our excitement and total therapeutic pleasure this tub has giving us. Our achy muscles, joints, and strains feel absolutely pain free while in the tub. Thus far other then working on getting the chemistry (chemicals right) we are thoroughly enjoying our spa!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love the layout and construction. found the spa to be well made and easy to install although putting the installation instructions inside the service area made it difficult to access since I lacked instructions on how to open the tub. Big Big problem with the delivery time! I was misled or lied to several times about the delivery. I returned from a trip to Hawaii and was told the tub was in town, and I would either pick it up or it would have to be shipped to me. It was not in Anchorage, it was still in Seattle WA. A week later I had to drive fourty miles round trip to pick up my tub. Not happy with the distributor or maybe it was the company's fault I was never told the real/true story and never offered any compensation for all the problems and additional transportation costs I had.

The tub itself is beautiful. We have seen more out of our grown children in the last 2 months then in the last year! They love coming out to relax in it with us. Highly recommend MasterSpas!

The only problem we have had is, after only 2 weeks of being used the water features have lost their force of shooting water. No matter how high the knob is turned for velocity, it isnt there after 2 weeks. I hope the retailer i bought it from can service it soon. But other then that, this is by far the best investment we could have made. it has also enhanced the outside appearance of our home....

We love our new spa, Wondering if its suppose to run all the time? I am worried that someone messed with our controls,Is there a way to reset the spa and start fresh

Hi Janet! Do you know if you have a 24hr circ pump or not? If you do, then it will continue to run until the water reaches 3 degrees above the set temperature. Our HL7 spa is approximately 3 weeks old and we have noticed that the fountain on the left seems to struggle in comparison to the right. It produces a rather sloppy stream of water that ends up splashing us. Is there something we can do to fix this?

Hi Sydney! Occasionally small bits of debris will get into the lines. With the screens that the water comes through being very small that debris will get stuck in the screen. You can remove the little covering to the jet by twisting a little bit. You can then take the inner piece of the jet out and clean out the screen. This should improve the trajectory of the water. My wife and I purchased a HL7 8 12 2017 at the Indiana State Fair, one question came up after we left, I am a heart patient and my daughter asked if the hot water will be a danger to me, and if not what temperature should the tub be to be safe.

The spas can be set for a wide range of water temperature. As long as ambient temperatures around the spa allow, the HL 7 will offer a potential set water temperature range from 80-104*F. We would recommend that you consult your doctor regarding your health factors and use of the spa.

Hi Deb. Our cover item number would either be COVER 7’ GRY (grey) or COVER 7’ WAL (brown) which could be ordered through your dealer. The spa would be 84” x 84” with a 6” corner radius.

Hello! What is likely happening is that your spa is turning on its filter cycles. The spa is set to have filter cycles that are set to run every 12 hours. These cycles usually last about two hours at a time. Thanks for asking!

Our Spa is at 108 degrees!  We are in Texas, it has been hot and we set it at 80 degrees.  Is this expected of this spa?

Due to the warm temperatures that occur in the summertime, spas will often times run at temperatures that are above the set temperature. A couple of things that you can try is checking what your filter cycles are set for. We normally recommend them to run for 2 hours twice a day. These cycles help to maintain the cleanliness of the water. Sometimes buttons get pushed by accident and this can change the filter cycles settings causing them to run for much longer than necessary. Another thing that you can do is change the spa into economy mode. This will cause the spa to only circulate and heat, if necessary, during the filter cycles. Both of these things can be found in our owner’s manuals. If you do not have or cannot locate your owner’s manual then you can find them on our website. The owner’s manuals can be found by clicking on the 'resources' tab and then clicking on 'owner’s manuals'. The manuals are categorized by year of manufacture and by spa series. The last thing you can do once you have checked or changed the settings mentioned above is to let the spa air out a bit in the evening or morning under supervision. The cover and insulation in the spa that we include in order to keep our energy efficiency standards sometimes prevent the spa from cooling down very quickly. Opening the cover for a period of supervised time will allow the spa to release some of the built up heat. The systems mentioned above should help to keep the heat from creeping up again.
