Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love the Hot Tub....but Interesting...I got an email invite to leave a review but when you get to the review page it gives you "guidelines" on what and whatnot to say?! I was going to leave 4 stars but because of that 2. My review is as follows......my spa worked for a few months and then shut off and kept tripping the breakers. I called master spas and got a few phone numbers for local service...I called them all...nobody answered so I left my call back number. I got a call back a couple days later from just one of the numbers I called and made an appt....2 weeks out. When the service technician came out he was able to get my spa running but removed my ozone unit. He chemically treated my spa before he left and within a week my spa cushions started melting from the chems. To make a long story shorter....after a couple months of having to harass everyone I could at master spas.....I finally have my spa back together...clean, not melting, complete. In the end....I was taken care of adequately but I don't feel like I shouldn't have had to go through all the stupidness to get there. I love the spa but hope to never have any more problems with it until well after the warranty. I could not... in good conscience.... recommend anyone else buy the spa based on my experience with their company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but needs improvement Tub has a lot of great features, but also has some engineering problems and technical support issues. I am an engineer with many years of quality assurance testing of products: 1. Plastic tubing leading to input of Ozone venturi is crimped due to too tight of a bend radius. A right angle hard plastic elbow should be put in the tubing to prevent restriction of the water flow. This leads to decreased ozone output bubbles into the spa water and resultant poor disinfection. 2. The ozone venturi is mounted upside-down. If the spa is turned off for any reason, e.g., to drain and refill the spa, water moves down into the tubing coming from the ozone generator. When the spa is turned back on, the ozone bubbles are partially obstructed by the water column in the tubing resulting in decreased ozone output bubbles into the spa water. 3. If you remove the filters for cleaning and put them back in while there is water in the spa an air block will occur in the filter. This virtually stops water from flowing through the ozone venturi and shuts down all ozone from reaching the spa water. You need to "burp" the filters to get the air out before restarting the spa. There is no mention of this in the manual, and the procedure for doing this is not obvious. 4. There are several options available for this spa. If you have a continuously running circulating pump in your spa, the programmable timers (accessible by menu on the display) for periodically running the main pumps that supply the jets in the spa do not work. For example if you set the timers to run for a half hour at both 10 AM and 3 PM they will only run for one minute at 10 AM and 3PM. This fact is not mentioned in the manual and is very confusing. It only applies to spas that do NOT have a continuously running circulating spa. The logic (which makes sense) is that you do not need to run the main pumps to filter the water if you have the circulating pump. But again it would be nice to know this so you don't spend hours trying to figure out if your spa is broken. 5. Factory tech support didn't seem to be very "technically" knowledgeable when I attempted to discuss these issues with them. Local service was not very helpful either, although after several attempts I finally reached a guy that explained the pump timing discrepancy to me. Bottom line: This is a 5 star tub at a decent price if they can get a couple of minor design flaws fixed, update their operator's manual, and get decent tech support with up-to-date knowledge as to how the spa works. As it is, I have to give them a 3 star rating.

Which filters should I use on my Twilight TS 67.25? Having difficulty finding information for this model. Even the owner's manual provided upon delivery does not list it.

Should circulating pump run constantly, pump #1 ?

Hi Ralph! If pump 1 is your circulation pump, it should be turning on every half hour to check the temperature of the water and heat if necessary. If the pump is running all the time, you should double check the length of your filter cycles to make sure that they are not set for extensive periods of time.

the trouble with the download version of the manual is the control panel in the manual doesn't look at all like my controll panel. my ts67.25 spa is a 2012 model and the control panel is definitely not the same as the one that is shown

how is water supplied to hot tub?

Hi Marc! You would need to use your house garden hose. We would recommend sticking the hose down where the filters are located to push the any air out and filling the spa above the filters to the recommended fill line. Thanks for asking!
