Rated 3 out of 5 by from big cost with lots of problems Hot tub is ok after we have dealt with lots of install issues. Still do not like the touch screen control panel, does not work well and many time have to touch wanted function multiple times to get it to work. Huge stickers left on the inside of the tub after installer filled with water have caused continued issues with residue left on the tub and floating in the water (floating residue plugs filters). Controls for the jets are located in areas that cause them to get turned unintentionally turning jets on and off, more a frustration/poor design than a real problem. This is our third hot tub (first two from a different company) and it is our least favorite of the three. Also not happy about having to opt-in to promotional emails from Master Spas before I could submit the review.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Enjoying the spa, but has a few kinks I am enjoying the use of my spa tub. It helps me to get going in the morning. I am having a few problems with the waterfall feature and the two jets below it. Other than that, I look forward to getting into the spa at night or in the morning to ease my aches and pains.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once you have a hot tub you will always want one! We owned a Sundance Cameo Hot Tub since 1999. I knew what to look for and Master Spas® Twilight Series TS 67.25 Model Spa is perfect fit for my wife and I. Technology has really improved since the 90’s. I believe you don’t need the stereo and TV’s. Look at the build quality! The mother board, motors and jets are the important things. We shall see how long it last… but I believe it will be a good one. There is a three year warranty on equipment and plumbing. Only time will tell… David

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better Nice features, but spa has engineering issues related to the ozone plumbing system. Manual poorly written. Local and factory technical support poor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have never felt something so relaxing.......... I cannot believe the soothing, relaxing feeling that come from this hot tub....I was second guessing myself on the price and if it was worth the money. I can say that I feel like this was money well spent. While I can say this now as I've had it for a few days, I feel that I will come back and do a follow up in about 6 months to review the true integrity of this spa. I feel this is necessary in a real review. More to come............

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Our new hot tub We have enjoyed our Master Spa. We use it on many days and it is especially helpful when we could use some time to loosen our muscles up after doing work. I really like that it was manufactured in the United States. We need to create as many good jobs as possible in the US! I would recommend this hot tub to others!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving our spa so far I was very nervous at first. We have never owned a spa but had been our dream for a long time. So far it has been easy to maintain. We enjoy it in the early mornings with our coffee. This is going to be our first winter with our spa and we are excited to enjoy it in the cooler weather.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful! We love our hot tub. Just before the 3 year warranty ran out we had a leak in the pump and one color in our light sequence went out. After having the repairs made, our spa has performed beautifully.

Hello, I purchased the twilight 67.25 back in 2015 & I wanted to make sure that the filters are in the proper location when I replaced them.It does not appear to be clear water like before. Which location does the dual ECO PUR mount? Closest to controls?

Asked by: bobby
Hi Bobby! The eco pur filter will be the one closest to the control panel.

I am trying to register my spa but the web site is NOT FOUND. How do I register my spa with no web site? Also how does the water feature turn on? How does the ozone turn on? The model TS 67.25 serial number 1709056. Purchased on 7-9-2017.

Asked by: ldc70881
Hi! There is a diverter valve that controls the water feature. All you have to do to activate it is turn it a quarter turn. The ozone comes on when the circulation system is running. Also, the spa registration site is working, here is the link just in case the link you had was incorrect: http://masterspasportal.com/msdealerportal/MSDP_RegisterSpa.aspx?RegisterType=Customer

When the filters are out of the tub and I turn the jets on I can feel that there is very little draw of water at the filter holes. Is there any adjustment to increase this draw? I'm having trouble keeping clear water. Thank you.

Asked by: Fishoutawater
There aren’t any adjustments that can be made, but you can contact your dealer and have service come out to check for a possible blockage in the lines. I've included their contact information below. Aqua Spas 6024 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO, 80525 Phone: 970-226-3353 www.aquaspasinc.com

How do I turn on my foot therapy jet

Asked by: Nancyz
Hi! It's controlled by pump 2 and there is a diverter on the left side of the spa if you're standing at the topside that controls the foot jet.

I bought a Twilight 67-25 the wifi does not work...is there a separate install that was not included?

Asked by: LSRo
There is no separate install for the wifi. On your device you should see “BWGSpa” followed by some numbers - that is the SSID of your wifi device. You should just be able to click on your wifi ID and be connected. If you don’t see that, then we may have an issue with the unit itself - in that case I would recommend you notify our customer service department and we can walk you through a couple steps to verify whether or not the unit is working and provide the contact information of your dealer for service. Hope this helps!

After talking with our salesman and reading and listening to the videos, I am wondering why the spa smells like chlorine, like any other spa? The way I understand it, with the Pur filter, it is supposed to take care of the chlorinated smell?

Asked by: sysdiver61
Hello! If chlorine is being used as a sanititzer, the water will have that chlorinated scent - unfortunately there isn't much that can be done to avoid that. It typically depends on how much you're using and where you're keeping your level of chlorine versus free chlorine. We recommend following the chemical care guide that was provided to ensure all chemical levels are where they should be. Hope this helps!

How much does this one cost?

Asked by: Eldeezee
Hello! If you would like to get a pricing quote on one of our spas, we recommend that you contact a dealer close to you. There are so many variables when it comes to the pricing of our spa, such as customization and freight costs, that it makes it difficult for us to give you an accurate price estimate. If you don't know who your local dealer is, you can follow this link to find the one nearest to you: http://www.masterspas.com/find-a-dealer.php

The Jet 1 control isn't seem to working. It'll run, then shuts off randomly. Then I can't turn on the jets again. The button shows it "on" (either low or high), and I hear a clic but no pumping. And I can't turn it "off" - it only toggles hi-lo.

Asked by: mamasafari

The jet 2 button only goes hi & off, no low. And if I try to have only 2 jets running, it automatically turns on Jet 1 (which doesn't actually run). Have I got a bad controller?

Asked by: mamasafari

I need the name of a spa tech(repair) person in the albuquerque area that you recommend.
