Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to those persons, 21 years of age or older, who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous States of the United States and the District of Columbia. One entry per person. Void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to win. Sweepstakes is open only to the general public. Anyone connected with the pool and spa industry is not eligible.
Entry Timeframe: Sweepstakes begins July 16, 2018 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends 12:00 midnight Eastern Time on August 12, 2018.
How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, fill out all the information in the online entry form and submit. Go to www.masterspas.com/giveaway to register. Any form of entry other than as specified in these rules (including but not limited to automated, copied, third-party or mechanically reproduced entries) is prohibited and will be disqualified. Master Spas will be collecting personal data about participants when they register and enter the sweepstakes. By entering the sweepstakes, the entrant agrees and consents to being contacted by Master Spas hot tub and swim spa dealers. By entering you agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Master Spas which will be final and binding in all respects. The official rules will be posted on the Master Spas website throughout the sweepstakes.
Entry’s are void if incomplete, or if they contain errors or do not comply with all requirements in these rules.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random amongst all entries, and announced the week of August 20, 2018 on the Master Spas web site. The winner will be contacted via email and if no response is received within 7 days, another winner will be chosen, until the prize is claimed within these rules. Odds of winning depend on the amount of entries received. Only one winner will be chosen.
Prize: One Michael Phelps Legend Series LSX 800Hot Tub manufactured by Master Spas, with cover, including curbside delivery (site preparation, electrical hook up and installation not included). Prize may not be substituted. There is no cash equivalent associated with the prize. All Taxes and any expenses associated with the installation of the Hot Tub are responsibility of the winner. Allow 4-6 weeks after validation for receipt or arrangement of receipt of prize. You are not a sweepstakes winner until validation and you receive official notification from Master Spas. Winner must accept delivery within 120 days of official notification or forfeit the prize. Approximate retail value of prize is $14,000.00. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
Validation: Winner may be required to complete, execute and return an affidavit confirming the winner’s identification and eligibility, and a Liability and Publicity Release. Failure to sign and return these forms when requested may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any on-line entrant, entrant will be deemed the individual named on the on-line entry form.
Permissions and Disclaimer: Acceptance of the prize will constitute permission to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, photograph, statements or prize information for advertising and publicity purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Master Spas its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will not be responsible for any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to or of any person or property (including death of any person), arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the hot tub, participation in any sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted. All entries become property of Master Spas and will not be returned. No correspondence about entries will be answered. By entering, you also agree to confirm any of the above in writing.

Dispute Resolution: The laws of the State of Indiana shall govern all disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes. Exclusive venue for resolution of all disputes shall be in Allen County, Indiana.
Privacy Policy/Disclosures Of Information: Master Spas may collect and use personal information that entrants provide to enter the Sweepstakes to actually conduct the Sweepstakes and contact potential winners. Personal information includes any information that can be tracked back to a specific individual use, including name, postal address, and telephone number. As noted above, Master Spas (including any successors or assigns) may use names and email addresses of Sweepstakes participants for future marketing solicitations. Otherwise, no personal information that Master Spas collects in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes will be sold or given to anyone who may contact entrants for any purpose not related to the sweepstakes.
