Use the settings and diverters to find your perfect pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H2X Trainer swim spas are ideal for novice or recreational swimmers. Spas in the Trainer series have four swim jets, and you can turn them on low or high. You can further customize the speed of the swim current by turning the diverters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H2X Challenger swim spas have a variable speed system. Three pumps power six swim jets. You use the control panel to adjust the speed.
