Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hot tub is good, whole experience was not Little were we told how much work it would take to get, install, and maintain. We were sold on it as being pretty much self maintaining, primarily just a filter cartridge and water change every six months. When delivered, we find out it needs multiple testing and treatments a week. We were led to believe we could just set it up, get it wired, and away we go. Little did we know, or were told, how much permitting and inspection work there would be just to set it up. And, we chose the hard wired version when we were told it would only cost an average of $400 to have an electrician wire it up. Ended up costing us around $1500.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed The tub itself seems to work well but regulating the water quality is too much work. I was told that all it takes is a cap full of chlor per week. Well that's not true at all. I have spent everyday since getting the tub trying to get the water correct and keeping it that way. I have had southeast spa come to my house to get the water corrected and it still is FOAMING terribly. If I knew it would take this much attention, I would not have bought it at all. Disappointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hot tub is great I'm very happy with my tub now. I was not happy with the company I bought it from at the Columbus Ohio convention center. They did not have my tub set up right and I could not get them out to service it. After calling your customer service center, I was talked through trouble shooting my tub. Once we got it programmed properlyit has worked flawlessly. My thanks again to your outstanding customer service at master spas. I still to this day have not received a follow up call from your sub contractors in the Cleveland , Ohio distributor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feel like a king Have ad my spa for almost two years now. I love it. The one and only problem i have is when i bought it i was told to use bromine. after a year or so i found my cushions were deteriorating i took that for treating my spa with anything with the cover on. Well i resently bought a new filter from the same dealer and they sold me a new and improved one. That one got my spa to turn funky with a blue ring around the top of the water . very sticky and jelly like. i bring back the filter thinking it was the filter and the salesman tells me bromine is not good. I wish you would of told to start with. i am currently changing my water and going to have to get new cushions as there have disintergrated too. Other thenthis issue i loved my spa so much. I feel like a king when im in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hydrotherapy at it's finest. After researching hot tubs, spas and Jacuzzis, we narrowed down the one remedy we both needed. This "Hydrotherapy Spa" is absolutely amazing. Our new nighty routine is soaking in our new spa with fantastic results. 1st class all the way. Our instincts paid off. You will not be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time Owning a Hot Tub After a long and grueling process of getting the tub and getting it set up, I have been using it every evening the past several nights. I have some fairly serious arthritis and circulation issues, and we bought the tub looking for some relief. It has come through with flying colors. The TS240 model is just right for our limited space. Plenty of room in it for my wife and myself. The various jets are well placed to provide a wonderful massage effect. It is doing exactly what I hoped it would do. I have slept better the past few nights after using it than I have in years. The cover lift assist device is an excellent addition, making it easy for my wife to open the spa. We haven't had it long enough to determine how economical it is to operate, but so far the relief it is providing makes me inclined to think it will be worth it. The only downside so far is the extremely poor customer service provided by the supplier (not MasterSpa) we bought the spa from. I will merely state some facts: we purchased the spa June 10th; All of the pieces were finally delivered August 4th. The 55 days in between those two dates were filled with frustration, empty promises and lack of communication. The product is a high quality piece of gear; the customer service getting it was most unsatisfactory.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my hot tub Love the TS240 just the right size for the adults. Two adults fit comfortably and two more could fit in the sitting areas. I was worried about ordering my supplies since I live in Louisiana but it was easier than going to the locals. Called MasterSpa, told them what I had bought (at a great price) and they sent me everything I needed. Arrived in two days. I'll be glad when we get some cold weather so I can stay in it all the time!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable and fun hottub Our MasterSpa TS 240 is perfect for my wife and I. It is very comfortable to sit in ... the jets hit all the right spots and the different color LED lights help set a nice relaxing mood. The built-in bluetooth speakers are crystal clear and the music really goes well with relaxing in the tub. Maintenance is simple and even draining it on schedule is not a difficult task. Great overall tub.

There appears to be three valve controls but I can't find what jets are controlled by what valves and what control is for the foot jets.  The manual does not seem to have this information. Please advise.

Hi Lou! For the control of your foot jets, you would have to turn the large 2” diverter to turn those on. The diverter to the left of the topside control panel controls the waterfall, and the knob to the right is the air control for the spa. Hope this helps!

My brother bought a tub used and the heater does not cut off on the temperature  he has it set at

Hi Don! It is possible that the tub may have an issue with the heater not shutting off and causing the tub to overheat. If that is the case, your brother will need to call a technician to come out and look at the tub. Before that though, I would suggest looking to make sure that the filter cycles are not set too high. Having filter cycles that run for more than two hours at a time can cause friction heat, which will continuously increase the temperature of the water in the tub. If you are not sure how to check the filter cycles, you can find a pdf form of the owner’s manual under the "resources" tab on our website, or you can call our customer service number (800) 860-7727, and a customer support representative can walk you through the process.

My circulating pump is leaking. Do I have to drain the spa to replace it..

Hi Patrick. You should not have to drain your spa to change out the circulation pump. There should be shut-off valves on both sides of the pump. One will be on the other side of the heater. Close those and you should only see a little bit of water spill out when you change the pump. Hope this helps!
